»Drawing is my way of expressing my emotions and feelings because it reflects my true self.

 

My mother nicknamed me Mana as a child, so I decided that this would be my stage name, because it has a special meaning for me.​

​

I attended the Art Gymnasium Nova Gorica, where I was able to learn about and explore different drawing techniques. During my studies, I won first prize in the Aleksandar Mežek competition, Podarjeno srcu.

 

​Even though my career path did not lead me down the artistic path, my family and friends encouraged me to share my talent with others. Today, it makes me happy that I can brighten people's moments with my paintings. In this way, I can allow them to enter their own world of imagination when looking at the paintings and thus create their own story in them.

​

In addition to drawing, I also make Christmas figures, which decorate the area around my home and the street I live in every December. The decoration is always different, because I want to communicate and present a different Christmas story every year.​

 

I am grateful to have this gift. It is my best companion in life, with the help of which I best express myself.«
